Is there any board that enforces the "racism outside of /b/"- rule?

mods or jannies don't enforce rules unless you report the post

I've seen posts deleted for saying "nigger" on /sp/

I report posts for that all the time but I don't know how many are followed up with a ban. Few to none, by the looks of it.

You can, cant you? I dont think you should be limited to either way unless it is the opening post as it probably has nothing to do with politics. I am for free speech as long as the threads are in line with the board at hand. Of course there will always be corrupt mods though

Jow Forums isnt the government, it is a place to discuss topics based on the board you are on. Go to Jow Forums or /b/ if you want to talk about random shit
