In America they are illegal because they are discriminating against blacks.

IQ tests was designed to determine retards not geniuses.

xD EPIC racism! Much edgy, nignogs btfo kek

?

You are not BLACK

this is literally true, Supreme Court ruled it's discriminatory because minorities have lower IQs.

How long have you been unemployed?

Tbh it sounds like something only China would do

Not the question I asked

are they in denmark?

there are disguised IQ tests for technical jobs at trading firms(i.e. wall street) and top tech companies(google, ibm)

It was Ironic (I see you're in the 80% heh)

I got a perfect score of 100 on my IQ test

Doesn't it get kinda redundant once your IQ is 115 or higher?

IQ tests are bunch of mumbo jumbo by some soft "scientists" that somehow assume they can quantify intelligence as a number

not at all

so what?

I mean in terms of your ability to do a certain job.

generally higher IQ people are better at doing "easier" jobs

and I'm not only taking about mathematical or engineering jobs but also regular office jobs

but it generally doesn't apply if you're like a stonemason or a hunter

how high or low does your IQ have to be to be noticeably outside of average?

Not really but I do sometimes make the interviewees do quick math problems or things with dates.

what job? what math problems?

you arent high iq if you cant solve this equation: 2+2=

Any company retarded enough to make decisions based on psuedoscience isn't one I'd want to work at.

depends on what you consider "noticeably" and also on what's the average and the standard deviation, but if we take 100 as the average with a SD of +-15 then around two thirds of the population will fall between 85 and 115, and around 95% will fall between 70 and 130, and because of the bell-shaped nature of intelligence anything above (or below) then becomes very extraordinary the farther you go from the mean, that is, a person with an IQ of 140 will be super rare but a person with an IQ of 145 will be super super rare, one with 147 super super super super rare, 150 super super super super super super scarse, etc.

I just took a test. Mine is apparently 121

yes it’s mandatory in public sector
