Based

correlation does not equal causation

>Double the work force
>The value of labor goes down

yes, the number of bullets I fire into your direction does not correlate my killing intent towards you not at all mang totally unrelated

Not shit plebbit, but stating that fact doesn't automatically mean they aren't related either.

Correlation is often related to causation especially when causative mechanisms can be identified.

Lrn2correlation fgt pls

>what is supply and demand

Cucked and bluepilled

Does not matter since even before the woman were included in per capita.

>what is supply and demand

per capita includes all population, not just working population silly buggas.

im not defending them im just saying the the original comparison is senseless

it's not senseless, it shows the general wealth lvl of the society as a whole. it's a good measure.

not perfectly as it is gdp/total pop size. so it neglects distribution but median doesn't capture all that either.

yeh but why would women joining the work force reduce the wealth growth of society as a whole?

because they bring problems to the workplace. look at the present day work environment: sensitivity training, harassment policies, maternity leave, wage gap mythology, etc. it's a fucking minefield to navigate. and this seems to be a cyclical trend with civs. see: wahmen bring ruin.

ive worked alot of jobs and 99% of the time the PC policies are really just paperwork to cover the businesses own ass, nobody really gives a fuck about them in actual practice. Although ill give you credit for the maternity leave

but you see the fact that businesses need to cover their asses this way now. this is added cost and unnecessary toxic complexity to the business structure. people need to be hired to deal with this shit now which cuts from r&d. like they have diversity officers that get upwards of 250k for this shit.

there is one key issue i should've listed: diversity hires. women hired to fill the quota and would've never been hired if they were male. also the dynamics of how this plays out is often interesting as their work often gets passed of as satisfactory even though it is horribly shit. it's the fear of looking sexist kicking in. which is yet another issue, the fact women are so quick to use these allegations at their convenience creates a hostile and low trust environment.
