no, its way too expensive

No complaints. Though I've never went other than routine check-ups back in school.
People say it's shit but my dad recently had surgery done, they took him in in the middle of the night, transported him to another hospital, operated in the morning and sent him home in the evening. No paperwork and the bill that came in the mail afterwards was basically nothing and he got to ride in the ambulance. I don't know how it could be better.

No, fuck being a doctor here, it's fucking worthless.

I'll form an opinion when I get some.

I've received excellent treatment but it was stupidly expensive. I'm not sure how to feel about this.

It has it ups and downs, but I can't complain.

That sounds fucking heavenly

no. i can't imagine anyone defending our current system, even if you staunchly oppose universal healthcare

It deppents on with hospital you go, hospitals in the state capitals and large cities are ok, but hospitals and clinics in small towns are worthless and since both are free many people go to the bigger cities ones, with make them full
I normally make my examinations in private clinics due to the huge time of waiting and do any treatment what would be expensive at the public ones

It's a dumpster fire compared to some nations I've worked in. Though something to keep in mind is "cheap" doesn't necessarily mean better.

Yes, but seems it's going south due to too many old people.

Yes

>Though something to keep in mind is "cheap" doesn't necessarily mean better.

Yet paying $60 for an ibuprofen makes it better?

Too much of it gets spent on old people.

why do foreigners always bring up "40 dollars for an aspirin". i've seen it so many times it must have some point of origin. you can go to any corner store and get a bottle of ibuprofen for 4 bucks

Fuck you

Nope, people die waiting to be attended

Emergency services are top notch, but anything else sucks. Try getting to a specialist you'll have to wait for weeks. Unless you go to a private clinic
"Free" dental is even worse and it has the same prices as the private lmao whats the point even

Is there more of this angel?

>angel

Too soon

i'm brazilian, what you think?

nothing works here.

if you are rich, its perfect, if dont....

she didnt...

yes. everything is free and you don't wait months for an appointment. actually you don't even need an appointment most of the time. just show up at the hospital and get a code for seeing a doctor.

I haven't had issues, but I have good healthcare options provided by my employer.

Healthcare and costs are pretty fucked though. It's not just on the private side either. Non-profit, state-funded hospitals for example, are some of the biggest money-grubbers in the medical industry and will sue you into poverty. Insurance is a fucked concept too.

I don't understand why so many systems in America are this really fucked up relationship between government and private business. It's so horribly inefficient at every level. Defense, education (k-12 and post-secondary), healthcare, banking, housing, loans, banking, etc. It just goes fucking on and on. There's really no reform for this shit that's possible, they need to just be nuked and began again from scratch they're so fucked.

>be america
>spend $700 billion/year for military
>nooooo universal health care is not doable

>be syrian in turkey
>have no citizenship
>get cancer
>goverment pays your medicines and treatment

your lifes are worthless than syrian refugees and your (((goverment))) is a joke.

Fuck no

It's not even free

Fuck you
