I don't want to get fired. But actually during the first month on the job your moderation decisions aren't checked for quality, so you could spend a full month just fucking around. After a month your pay is adjusted according to how many moderation decisions you make are "correct" (i.e. match what your manager would do), and doing too many wrong gets you in trouble.

You need a resume for every job.
I just emphasised my technical skills. No relevant experience though.

£0.05 per mod. Then after one month it's £0.04-£0.07 depending on what % of mods you get right.
Video moderation is £10 per hour.
Apparently 300 mods per hour is the norm once you get up to speed. At the moment I'm a bit slow.
