the most butthurt soldiers we had over (during my time) were the greek ones. also in my current job one of the guys that retired used to serve on the same airbase doing the same job i did in the army (fighter jet electric technician) and he that the iranians and south africans which were basically stationed on our base were the most based and non butthurt bantmasters.

i meant hand held sniper rifle(more like anti material rifle) rounds firing a few-hundred-gram micronuke.
uranium tanks rounds are not nuclear, there's no nuclear reaction happening other then maybe trace amounts of regular nuclear decay.
we can totally miniaturize nukes to sub kilogram sizes with some research into super dense high energy explosives which i think are the bottleneck in nuke design.

we can already do that. we have suitcase nukes and 20-50kg nuclear weapons (had em 50 years ago).
with modern materials we have right now we can probably get 5-15kg nukes which can totally be used with heavy air to air missiles or ATGMs. with better neutron reflectors and explosives we can have even smaller nukes that you can put in rifle grenade launchers,shoulder launched rocket launchers maybe an actual nuclear hand grenade (although i cant see how you'll use it without killing yourself unless they're throwing it from a helicopter or a tall building, maybe a nuclear magnetic anti tank grenade with a timer so you can get away or something )

why not ? you can get sniper rifles rounds with yields of a few hundred KG of TNT. you can use them to blow up modern tanks, ships destroy shit like concrete fortifications and bunkers.
