Around here most "Italian" businesses are operated by Turks, Arabs and Germans.

Because they lack the "-Germano" part.

Its normal in the bigger cities and the south, but most of northern germany didn't get enough italians so they get LARPing Albanians.

you know, in Italy even just bringing some south italian delicacy to north italy means your restaurant will be full 24/7. I can't imagine how much money one can make in Germany, where they stuff themselves with kebabs 4 times a week
