Maybe it's because I grew up in Bowery, but the city sucks fat dick.

Apartments cost way too much, shitty wages and terrible public education.

And everybody there is honest to god fucking stupid. They don't get that not every city can offer a slice of pizza that tastes like its made by god at 3AM in the morning and have this goddamn superiority complex when it comes to living from the damn place.

Not to mention that waiting in traffic is a fucking sport over there. Yeah, I can walk or take the sub, but fuck that noise, if I've got a car, you're damn right I'm using it at some point.

san gabriel mountains in LA

Id say Bellevue, Salt Lake City, SF Bay Area, Seattle and Denver are the most interesting that i can think of off the top of my head

I could effectively live there for free. My wife's parents live on the Upper West Side, and her sister lives in Hell's Kitchen.

I prefer Denver. The climates in the entire eastern US are all pretty awful, and there's not enough access to nature.

Time Warner Center looks so fucking ugly.

>skycrapper central
>best
Had New York sticked to it's early skyscraper design instead of adopting the glass and concrete monstrosities it has today then it would have truly been the best city.

great place to visit, but would never want to live there, at least not long-term. i spent two weeks staying on my friend's couch in his apartment in hell's kitchen and spent the entirety of that time exploring the city. still feel like i barely scratched the surface. had a blast though, some of the best times in my life

Depends? Central Manhattan or slightly south of there like Bowery?

Bet your fucking top dollar. But Brooklyn and Hoboken and similar places? Not really.

Considered moving out of Bowery to Hoboken actually, but decided to just go to Seattle.

New York is cool and all but here’s America’s REAL best city

I've heard Chicago is better

That's not Szabadka

Pittsburgh. Home of the annual PancreasFest (not a joke). Yep, best city in America

Westoid nature consists of boring sedimentary rocks and the same 2 coniferous trees
