Silesia definitely not. Łódź maybe. I may exaggerate but in real life Podkarpacie is rural and underdeveloped region which has no industry and is depended on EU and Warsaw gibs.

Medjimurje is best. Only region with sustainable demographics.

Much thanks to the large gypsy population.
They are definitely a better part of Croatia and probably have more industry left by now but they also have lower wages compared to Istria and Primorje-Gorski Kotar and are overall poorer.
Not gonna lie, I would consider moving there if they didn't have so many gypsy problems all the time.
