it's not about eating less but it's a good start. what you really need to do is get rid of carbs ASAP, and by that i mean get your carb intake down to like 30g a day. they're impossible to avoid completely because they're found in most foods. try a paleo diet and go for some long walks.

As I've said it's extremely expensive and requires a shit ton of effort procuring the items from secondary sellers AND it requires a ridiculous amount of space in your home. it obviously depends on what you're trying to achieve. if you want to cultivate mass and perform in bodybuilding competitions, a gym is recommended. if you want to maintain your physique and flexibility, you could just do it at home.
