The truth is that everything is meaningless in the grand scheme of things and if your computer is strong enough to understand that, it will start coping and bringing you back to the npc state.

user, this is why you shouldn't be too hard on yourself or others. it's liberating to know this, IMO. the cool thing is we can program ourselves. just find the right algorithms that fit with your trauma and you'll be alright.
