Lift regularly. As a bonus try to go outside regularly, maybe for a jog but even just a walk in a park/nature etc will do just to get fresh air and sunlight.

You don't need to eat healthy or go on a diet. Just keep it balanced. Eat everything but in moderation. Also big breakfast gives you lots of energy for the day. Try not to eat a lot directly before going to sleep.

Sleep 7 to 9 hours every night. Try to wake up at the same time every day. Takes around 2 weeks to internalize the rhythm/schedule.

Use your time wisely. Not saying you need to wagecuck, but do something other than just satisfying your immediate needs. Learn a new skill or study something, try to become better at it every day. Point is to have long term goals and a meaning for what you're doing, otherwise you might as well KYS.

Another thing that helped me a lot was to completely quit weed. It just made me lazy and indifferent.

With bouldering you can actually go out to nature and do epic shit, so much more fun than the gym and with articulate goals to actually work towards like "I want to climb that course". Let me tell you this from my own experience, I am 34 now and managed to transform severe depression to being a relaxed, healthy and most importantly happy human being. It takes time, it takes work and is not comfortable at all, and you will have many setbacks.

Everything about life is balance. If you play vidya 24/7 it is as retarded as going to gym 24/7 when you don't make millions from it. Assuming you don't, fitness and a healthy body is quite essential in being/staying happy and fighting depression. Be active and move, but don't limit yourself to eating and training as much as possible, since it won't change the bad habits you've accumulated. If you are anti-social, you will stay anti-social until you step out of your self-limitations and actually try to be around people, interacting with them CONTINUOUSLY until you become comfortable to do so. This is literally the only long-lasting way to be a somewhat happy individual. If you avoid it, you will stay depressed.

Here is the most crucial part: The feedback also becomes nicer, especially when you are well-groomed, healthy/fit, gathered some sense for adult fashion and have a decent haircut. But that's it. If you still behave like a dick you can be buffed as much as you want. Nobody will like you if you are still an asshole. How do I know it? 5 years of experience in being a tall buffed guy but without girlfriend until figuring out that in order that people are nice to you, you have to be nice as well. 4. It will also basically implicitly teach you everything you will need to sort your life out and succeed
