This one I know

How much does it cost?

132m^2

74m2
the size itself is fine but it's divided up in a retarded way so the bathroom and the living room are huge while my room is a bit too small

45m2
:(

35 square meters. It's more than I need.

about 140.000 euro for the apartment itself. another 25-30k euro to finish it (more less ofc)

31m2. Pic related is the layout.

Fun fact : my first apartment was only 17m2 and didn't even have a bathroom or kitchen.

28 m2, I bought it in cash, so it the best I could afford, I'll plan to buy bigger apartment in future when I get married, this is enough for me

My house is 68.5 sqm, I don't see how I could possible want more space. I have have two rooms that I basically never use.

41 sqm, it's a bit too big for me, I could easily remove 10 sqm and I'd be comfy.

Does it include garden? I have 300m2 in total.

same, but in germany's most expensive city
it's a good size though

I'm waiting on a nice pole barn house to go on sale for cheap after the boomer that built it dies.

Around 40, is gonna be below 20 in two weeks as I'm moving out

Looks nice, but it's probably flimsy as fuck.

you don't say.

They are stronger than traditional wooden houses and equal or greater than brick houses in most cases.

lol

American brick houses are only brick on the outside. A German house would be called a concrete block house here, and they are very uncommon.
