But one thing I'm curious about, I tried to get in Tresor and the lady was such a bitch once she saw my American ID
I wasn't doing anything stupid, she just turned me away once she knew I was American.
Do some Germans hate America because of Trump, or does this predate that?

That exists to some extent where I'm from (NYC), but it's easy to find places that don't have that.

I'm staying in a Turkish neighborhood and it's run down looking, however I have not had any issues and think that the city has been great overall.
