- by the time we see you, we know what you have or dont have
- every article you read written by a non doctor is medically incorrect and written to appeal to your ego, not your good sense
- at the end of the day there is no way to even remotely understand what is being told to you without a medical background; to that end find a doctor you like/trust and have them make the decisions

Medicine is a literal meme that's only ever chased by people who want muh prestige and don't actually care about the job. Evidence of this is all of the people who try to get into medicine, fail, and instead of going into nursing do something completely different but with a similarly pointless idea of prestige like law.

One guy did okay though. He is an anesthesiologist and I think he is happy with the work and the money. I think he works like 10 days a month and is still right around $300k a year.
