Northeast is a waste of time until you have a career. Good luck surviving in VT/NH/MA/NY/NJ etc with a minimum wage full time job. You're better off in PNW.

I've lived in both. If I were BORN and grew up in New England, I'd probably stay there. But as a transplant FROM the PNW, I did eventually go back.

some homeless person I was talking to at a bus stop a month or so ago expressed a lot of interest in oregon, not sure why (I live in michigan rn)
I think russian is the 3rd most spoken language in oregon after spanish iirc, I remember a russian church near where I lived
