I'll try and break it down for you so it makes more sense
Bitcoin has a max supply of 21 million, divisible to 8 places. That means it's max supply of satoshis is 21 000 000 000 000 000
Nimiq has a max supply of 21 billion, but it's only divisible to 5 places. That means it's max supply of "satoshis" is also 21 000 000 000 000 000.
Essentially, if both were at max supply and had the same market cap, 1 BTC = 1000 NIM.
