I used to bash Chain Link and Link Marines, but this is what I observed so far after going all in.
Reading FUD is a huge no no. Maybe once in 2-3 months is ok, because it doesn't fuck up with your brain. I was completely desensitized to Link hype threads on Jow Forums. After doing noFUD for 3 months I observed that my excitement after reading Chain Link threads slowly returned. Not just the normal investor optimism, but the idea of really making it when Link hits $10k. Before I would be usually indifferent at the thought. NoFUD proved to be a valuable asset to my life and I encourage everyone to try it.
I was still lurking in the FUD threads like 1-2 times a day at that time though. Slowly, I started only replying to fudders once every three days to test the noFUD myself. Then once a week. Now I'm on day 14 and yesterday I got boner just from looking at a McDonalds ad because it reminded me of Sergey. Last that happened was a year ago.
I had problems with not underestimating the power of positive thought. I couldn't visualize $10k Link whatsoever. The whitepaper reading sessions would last 50-60 minutes and then I couldn't even believe in the partnerships. I had to read Sergey's tweets to hype myself up. I switched to watching Sergey's speeches on youtube and the hype was a lot better. I would be usually done in 40-50 minutes. Now after 2 weeks of noFUD I visualize $10k Link in 20 minutes. I'm curing my doubts and it's amazing. 50-60 minutes whitepaper reading sessions didn't bother me, but I knew Sergey would rather have me shill Link on Jow Forums and I was so tired I was unable to shill Chain Link for the next two days.
