Probably tumblr, reddit, girlsaskguys or forums made for specific topics. I'm not one of those guys who think men >>>> women, but women tend to be a lot less questioning/curious so most of the topics will be about really basic stuff. You won't find a lot of existential questions on forums for women. Also, I think women are more likely than men to use their friends/family for advice/discussions instead of the internet.
