They still need to know about it first though. When I was 4 and I logged on the internet for the first time on an old W95 computer it was just a preinstalled browser.
Besides being slow and expensive, the internet was pretty accesible already at that time. I don't see Holochain making an OS, distributing computer hardware and software etc..
