If you are lazy do not get a project based job. The work is literally never over because your boss can always pull out another thing to do. Go for operations.
Also, I spent over 300 hours writing 4-5 apps with no takeoff. I will tell you to only write an app for a paying customer, no 15% per $5 order. If the customer pays you $50 per year to use the app, you now have $49 to advertise to get your next customer and still be profitable.
Best books are 4 hour work week and fast lane millionaire

>don't go to college! Unless you're one of the handful of students who knows what they want, are studious, and willing to put in the work for a STEM degree, college is nothing more than a 4+ year kegger that leaves you less prepared for the real world than when you started. Any anons considering going to college, enroll in a program like Praxis instead. Real world experience is infinitely more valuable than any degree.

My ex worked internal auditing for a consulting firm where on a good week would work 60 hours. Normally she was working 70-80 for exactly those reasons mentioned above. She made roughly double what I made, but was absolutely miserable and constantly frustrated from the workload.

you do internal or tax auditing?
