Why are you still stuffing around with oracles?
Codius is the only smart contract platform that anyone will use a year from now and it's coin agnostic and doesn't need oracles.

Rather than run your smart contract on every node on the network you just run it on a few nodes (as many as you need for redundancy). If you're not running 400 nodes you can just have each instance of the contract query out on its own. Then the instances come to a consensus as to the result.
So for example if your insurance contract ran transparently on 10 codius nodes around the world it could query the weather service 10 times then come to a consensus based on a threshold you set as to what the result was.
