They are encouraged to pursue higher education and through nepotism, get decent jobs. They hoard everything (im a housekeeper for a few Jews), and spend little money on discretionary products. I know a couple of Jewish lawyers who make ~$250K joint in Illinois and live in an old house. The only discretionary products they have that are relatively new are iPhone 6S, and Macbook Pros. Rest of their appliances & technology is very old. They have a 1080P flatscreen from like 2011.

3) and 4) comes from what I told before, wealth share. in my area all jews know each other and keep connections, attend events abroad, establish connections with jews from other countries, and this networking allows them to buy hundreds of houses (either private houses / office buildings / historical / all you can imagine) and then they rent them to make cashflow + preserve capital for local diaspora. this allows them to continue what they're doing (cover the flights, help new jews to get on foot, help if someone's family needs student loans etc)
