EOS unironically. Its literally perfect. Ive started programming with it a bit. Very impressed so far.

The only real risk or downside is that it might be taken over by cartels in the future. People have shown a massive reluctance to voting. Also interface wise its not as easy to use as I would like. If I could download an interface right in my wallet the same way a browser can download an interface from a webpage we would be in great shape.

the huge step from bitcoin to a fully turing complete, non-uxto baggaged light client fully verifiable blockchain was larger than most people understand it to be.

we haven't seen even half a step from ethereum the size of what the step ethereum was to bitcoin, and its looking more and more likely that the next huge leaps will be in ethereum's scaling features instead of something else coming along, given the pace of development and little technical upgrades.

Ethereum is the next ethereum. Why does everyone look for the bitcoin and ethereum “killers” to fully replace them? Why not figure out the current bottlenecks that Blockchain face and bet on those protocols..

Holochain, ETH, ZIL, NEO. NEO is tackling its decentralization problem, ZIL seems promising, and HOLO is something completely different.
