As bad as thing are for ARK at least it's still a legit project. Ironically this should automatically make it better than a huge chunk of the higher market cap cryptos.

If you're bullish on crypto tech it's still an acceptable buy, even if the token economics are pretty dumb. I still can't recommend it though because nobody cares about fundamentals and blockchain is increasingly looking like a huge meme.

ARK is a solid, if long term hold. Give it a year or two and we'll see hundreds.
