nah, the prolonged accumulation phase is what you would get if this was a new thing but it's not the first rodeo of btc. people are wiser now, they know when to start accumulating which will increase demand which everybody sees as a sign of increased interest which will make speculators jump back in and fomo sets on early.
i fully expect pushing past the last ath this year and making a new ath early 2019 for this reason alone. everybody is waiting for this shit and everybody want's to be an early bird.
