>I'm new to the stock market, what stocks should I buy? Before you buy anything, make a brokerage account and read investopedia articles and/or the books in the OP list. If you don't have a broker, you can't buy stocks, and if you blindly buy things without understanding how the stock market works or doing any research on the individual stocks you're buying, you will lose money and it will be entirely your fault.
Do I DCA a World Index Fund monthly or just invest a bigger amount every year.
Logan Morgan
Up to you. You could also hold cash and buy bigger lots periodically when things correct. Basically, it’s just disciplined investing and saving.
Mason Morris
I noticed one of my mining stocks broke out of the stochastic
Jaxson Gonzalez
Ye but I'm not sure if I will always see a correction, since I wanna invest in the world index fund longterm and don't wanna watch it closely. (I also have a stock portfolio which I do follow closely)
Levi Wright
Then just invest on a set schedule.
Alexander Parker
Yeah I wanna do that but is it better to do a monthy payment of 100 or a yearly of 1200. I've read DCA is not that good but I'm not sure if 1200 a year is better than a monthy payment.
it depends on the commission fees If there is any, you buy your memes in one go
Aiden Peterson
I was thinking about doing a NA index fund but my adviser told me it was better to take a world one. He said for longterm it's better now since US is making Europe and Asia more isolated which would be good for their economies too ,for some reason. He said that if I started 20-40 years ago I would have had to choose a NA one no doubt. I looked into it and NA one's score a lot better so IDK.
There are, but they are % so it doesn't really matter I guess.
Just got an email, special HMNY meeting October 18th. There will be a vote for reverse split. 1-2 to 1-500 is on the table.
IGC, after it dips. It's already made me hundreds.
Gavin Torres
She looks perfect except for that nasty tattoo
Liam Russell
>tattoo Trash. Someone throw this cheap trailer whore in a dumpster where she belongs.
Ryder Cruz
Where you studying?
Cameron Flores
Ljubljana
Evan Roberts
Yes. t. Bulgarian.
Nathaniel Gray
NBEV because the smart money is going for CBD stocks. also they are going to debut their products this early October. IGC is good too because of the low float but I think it needs a pullback because the RSI is almost at 90.
Owen Brown
So Amazon will buy Sears, right?
Camden Allen
Buying and holding TQQQ and UDOW was my best decision ever It requires zero effort and my stress level is zero. Long term I know it's a guaranteed ticket to making it
did you not watch the video? cultists are getting tired of his shit. Tesla is a falling knife. if you want max pain then buy Tesla.
Joshua Thomas
what a stupid author, its already been proven 2x-3x for american indices are safe
Samuel Young
Buying a fixed $ amount every month reduces timing issues. Buying daily would be optimal but transaction costs and available capital can be constraints.
Zachary Davis
Are you european? Degiro has ETF's (also MSCI WORLD) which you can buy without any transaction fees once a month.
William Ramirez
Just wait until the market goes sideways for a year. See what happens to your 3x leveraged ETFs.
Aaron Ramirez
That flounder is definitely not big enough to keep.
Isaiah Ross
it went sideways for like 7 months this year, they did just fine :)
Hey, if the nasdaq ever reachs ath and the tqqq does not, Ill literally bow down to you and apologize, but its not going to happen
Financial Post put out a decent article on Canopy Rivers. It's funny to me how this stock went from pure hype to a sleeper in about a week. People gave disregarded it because it debuted at a ridiculous share price and then predictably corrected diwn to something more reasonable within a couple trading days. Most get that RIV is the venture capital arm of Canopy Growth but they're missing a key piece. RIV is partly in the business of building up potential acquisition targets for future US and international expansion.
The article gives a decent summary of what they're up to and why the potential here is considerable.
I got more shares than that faggot in the video. If they replace, elon, which they should, everything will be fine... Maybe he's not cut out for the ceo thing, he can be lead visionary or whatever..
spx, dow, all american indices that went sideways like fas or WHATEVER did perfectly fine, and will reach all time highs when the underlying does
Nathan Phillips
I have a link somewhere illustrating that in the housing crash most of that shit had a drawdown of over 99%. I think over several decades SPY may actually beat SPXL
They're not exactly "designed" to lose money, but going down 3% then up 3% puts you lower than going down 1% then up 1%
True during bull runs Also true
REITs are alright, but can get pretty high risk. REITs aren't normally leveraged in the same way as SPXL unless it's MORL
Nonetheless, I'm holding about 1k-3k across TQQQ and FNGU... Why the fuck isn't FNGU a moon mission? Look at the 1 year chart. What the fuck?
Nathaniel Bailey
Forgot to change my tripcode back
Kayden Roberts
>true during bullruns Good thing we are in a very strong one thats going to last awhile...
>why isnt fngu on a moon mission? because of facebook twitter tesla and chink shit like baba
Jose Williams
Which do you recommend looking into?
Wyatt Ross
>Good thing we are in a very strong one thats going to last awhile... R E C E S S I O N 2020 that is a while out though
>>why isnt fngu on a moon mission? >because of facebook twitter tesla and chink shit like baba Wtf. BABA is in there? I thought it was just FAANG. I'll probably dump this shit.
Cooper Hall
Ok, don't listen to me then. If you know how daily leveraged ETFs are actually built, then you know what happens when volatility is high and/or market goes sideways. (The answer is: the ETF goes down)
Liam Moore
I know how they work guy yeah because when xlf dropped 50% in the credit crunch FAS never recovered, right?
dude look at the components You were also supposed to sell fngu at 66-70 then buy at 59
cope harder faggot no wonder your'e constantly in the red
Aiden Myers
>red >RED >R E D SELL! SELL! SELL! JUST DUMP IT! DUMP IT ALL! YOU'LL BE LUCKY IF IT'S EVEN WORTH MONEY ANYMORE!!! RED DAY! RED DAY! SELL!!! SELL!!! SELL!!!
I admit i don't remember the exact term but ive read it on r/investing a while ago so i know its true
Benjamin Martin
Ah shit, I'm not holding them anymore. I'm just holding NOC because I don't understand why the defense contractors have such high P/Es when there's no war and LMT's developers literally go months without writing code
>retards are still trying to stockpick in this day and age when leveraged etfs are guaranteed to beat them
Its sad, they will never admit that stock picking is merely a hobby. Unless you have 100k in dividend aristocrats, you should be all in TQQQ FAS and LABU
It was pretty good bait. I have a great appreciate for such sophistication after my boss at work once asked me how to refer his nephew.
>TFW never had to take differential equations for my engineering degree I did calc 3, linear algebra, and recognize UV substitution though.
I think beta decay is just already accounted for in the graph
Aiden Ramirez
talk shit post stock
James Parker
This desu. Add DFEN and I'll retire at 40

Misses and bombs can be cost anywhere from 5 to 7, sometimes 8 dollar figures Not even mentioning maintenance costs And we don't need way for them to be profitable, plenty of countries that are at way but then from is ( Saudis fightinga way in Yemen for example? Everyone vs OSIS up until recently, ectera ectera) Not even mentioning R&D for our military, which Congress basically writes blank cheques for them to do
And they do write coffee consistently, it's just that half of it is DARPA joint projects or in the skunkworks, not just at one place
Just wait for the day when it's not green :)
>>TFW never had to take differential equations for my engineering degree Odd, ME's at my school need calc1-3 and different(aka calc 4), but I took linear algebra (matrix manipulation) too because I like math, and needed something to fill in gaps for my schedule Then again you did SE didn't you?
William Cook
you need to stop the avatar faggotry.
Dominic Barnes
*missiles and bombs *we dont need a war *ISIS, not OSIS
