I would obviously handle the transaction in secure ways that I’ve handled other OTC transactions. I’m not going to just send BTC to an anonymous wallet. But if this person really needs the money, it’d be way easier to sell OTC instead of trying to liquidate at market, and I’d pay a fair price.

Depends on what OP would be willing to do, obviously we would have to set up a legitimate conduit of communication, exchange personal information, etc. If OP is in the same country as I, it is very easy to use existing contracts I have since we are under the same jurisdiction. If we are in separate countries and would like to use crypto for a transaction, I have a good Ethereum escrow service that my friend developed which I’ve used a few times and that he uses regularly. Bitcoin escrow services exist. Otherwise I have all the necessary contracts to set jurisdiction of a contract in the US,etc.
