absolutely. your mom still change your diapers too fag? If you're over 18 and don't know how (or are willing to try) to provide for yourself, you suck at life and should probably just kys.

No reason to move out unless youre getting a job in a city where (additional after tax income) > (rent + utilities). Goyim dont understand this.

?? Why would I live in a 500 sqft cuckbox for $1600 a month plus utilities when I can live in my parents fully finished 3800 sqft McMansion right next to the train station?

20 minutes on the train and im in downtown Chicago. I dont even need to buy a car, and my mom cooks, does the dishes, and laundry. Much more efficient bro.

Not everyone can stay leeching off their parents until they are 30. If I didn't move out I'd have to pay rent to my parents anyway so why would I stay? Also don't you fags want your own space? Or are you going to be brining girls home to your mommy and hiding in your room at 25

why? so that you can enjoy your own life. at least you can bring girls back to your 500sq ft box and bump coke off each others assholes....or whatever the fuck you're into.
of course it's more efficient to have someone else take care of you....that's not the point though. how old are you? I just don't understand it....why do you want to live with your mom as an adult?

For $24,000 saved per year I can bang pornstars buddy, and 1 night stands are a meme buddy. Already have a LTR.

Often times you need rent + security deposit (equal to 1 month of rent usually) plus last month's rent (because of (((them))), why the fuck am I paying for rent on a month I didn't live there? Don't push the expense onto me just because you priced it too high and had a vacant month). Not to mention if you're just moving out the first time, it probably means you have no rent history so need to prove you're good with finances to the landlord. If you're in extra gentrified neighborhood, you'll most likely have to also pay the realtor even if they didn't do anything. Their fee us another month's worth of rent. All in all, you're looking at probably having to save up 5 month's worth of r rent before you can comfortably move out (since you want at least a month's worth in saving for emergency to start with, and then build up more safety funds from there).

tl;dr - (((they))) milk as much money from you as possible, so yeah.

guaranteed you aren't saving $24,000 a year though. that's just a projection you're making isn't it? if you had a job and continued to life with mom instead of your own apartment. your the kind of guy who expects other people to take care of him though....we know you don't have a real job.

Saving 24k year is pretty common among my friend group of professionals who all live at home because rent is 1.5-2k a month and condos are 400k+, detached 700k in bad areas.
