To be 100% honest, you were never going to sell the 1 million anyway. And I never sold the 300k. That's what happens when you are amateurish (as well as myself) and don't understand a cycle. Not only that, when you are in the "euphoric" phase, you feel like nothing can do you wrong. And you refuse to snap out of it and accept what you once had, still clinging on to the hope it will come back. You probably finally "snapped out of it" recently, and in desperation to get your money back, you leveraged it on Bitmex with (I'm assuming) little trading experience.

I now understand that the people who truly win in this market are either:
1) Got in very early when BTC and ETH were cheap and made fortunes
2) Are actually very good traders, and slowly but surely build their capital.

If you are not #1, then you HAVE to be #2 to win. And in being #2, sure it's not YOLO style, but you learn discipline and to do your best to preserve capital.

You clearly did not have any of that and gambled it all away.

There are a few takeaways from this:

1) If you still want to be in this game, you HAVE to buckle down and learn how this all works.
2) Realize you are a degenerate gambler and you never would have kept/won that money. Never. Plus it was never realized so it wasn't real anyways, but your brain believed it was. Your gambling tendencies most likely parallels your real life and how you are only in it for the short game and not the long game. Money never would have made you happy. You have issues you need to work out.
3) Maybe just step away from this all together for a while (talking 1-2 years). You need to figure your shit out man.
