Staking provides an incentive to HODL tokens by rewarding holders with coin rewards, decreasing supply. Any token that doesn't implement such a mechanism to drive up demand/scarcity is basically dead from the start.
Pooling is just pooling funds for ICOs I guess.
Not sure what the OP image is supposed to be about but the features look good at least.

Yeah I would assume circulating supply increases as rewards are distributed. Could also simply be that if there are fees that platform the token is based on, those fees get distributed as rewards to stakers. Depends how they implement it.
As for pooling, I guess so. Probably discounts, access, etc.
