Caffeine withdrawals

after how much times does lifting get fun without caffeine again?

i been abusing it nearly daily for 6 years with 200-400mg

im 1 week clean and -20% weaker and the workout is torture, i dont feel in vibe with my body and music.

is this how lifting is without stimulants or am i still in withdrawal? im getting ultra depressed anons.

reason im trying to quit: cns fried, anxiety, chest pain, blurry vision, insomnia, shit sleep in general. it just gets worse and worse. i know this junk is the devil.

Only doing 300-400mg daily caffeine with some other stacks in the cut and know what you are talking about...long story short...still in withdrawal. And shouldn't go from 100 to zero with caffeine. Especially after 6y of daily input.

Pot-2 a day for the last 1.5 years, 5-6 cups for two years before that. Just ya da half cup of halfcaff today, I’m trying to quit cold turkey but I am also quitting weed at the same time/ same day. I may just have two cups a day for the next few days then cut that out too. Shit makes me too anxious

You were taking too much and not taking days off, this is what happens. Also you better be taking a high quality multi vitamin and drinking a lot of water all day. Caffeine is more toxic/powerful than actual amps on your body. Take it in moderation, ie lower doses and only at the gym.

You shouldn't have gone full cold turkey, but now that you did, stick to it. The first week is painful as you described but around week 2 you should start feeling great as your body re-adjusts to working independently without stimulants again.
Coffee is NPC fuel and a real drug. Don't forget that. You DON'T need coffee. Don't you dare return to your drug-slurping days. Work through it.

Can’t be as bad as adderall withdrawals. You have to ween off. You can’t cold turkey like you can do with nicotine.

Depends on your routine. I only lift 3-5 days a week, I take it on those days only and only at the beginning of the sesh. If you have high quality caffeine 200mg will be more than enough and you may even feel it later in the day. I usually hit the gym around 9am and even in the afternoon I’m still feeling it a bit. If you feel lethargic without it there’s almost guaranteed to be some other issue going on, diet related.

In times when I feel lethargic I just hard boil 2 eggs and make myself egg sandwiches with mayonnaise and butter. Then I buy myself some pickled herrings and the next day I'm fine. All you need are those 2 things, they contain all the nutrition you need.

Buy theacrine/teacrine. Same and longer effect as caffeine. No caffeine dip. It has a molecular structure simular to caffeine but it works in a different way. It gives you energy and will make you feel better and i'm losing wait because of it. You can buy it on amazon. Take 100 mg a day before eating. If you dont feel anything take 200 or 300. More than 300 mg doesnt do anything. Do some research on it and thank me later. If you had very little sleep, take 200mg and a monster energy to get through the day.

Whole plants/veggies, no grains. Legumes/nuts/etc. Amino acids are literally in everything.
