>there are people right now on biz that fell for the rent jew/buy a house meme.

How does it feel knowing I'll retire by 30 by living with parents while you will be slaving until you're 60?

but you dont work user, how are you supposed to retire?

If you don't work you're already retired.

Having student loan debt made me feel like I had a purpose while being a wagecuck. I paid it off very quickly from a combo of extra shifts and cashing out my crypto gains. Now I feel depressed and tired.

Good. Next stop is the grave.

>independence is a meme

I don't know how some of you cucks do it. I lived with my parents for 1 year after college and couldn't take it after that. Although my parents typically would leave me alone while I was at home, there's still never a sense of true privacy or independence. Parents always want to tell you what you should do even when you're an adult. Plus there's the social degradation that comes with admitting to people that you live with them.

The fact is, even though you tell yourself you're "saving up," everyone views you as a failure/autist if you're living with parents beyond like age 23.

Do you still live with your parents? I’m currently doing up my own house

No, lived in an apartment the past 2 years, now bought a house at 25.

>inb4 bought at the top

I'm not in cuckifornia where tiny houses are $700k, I got a $180k house where the market still has room to grow.

Worse there are wagr cucks around us

Another jewish trick what a surprise!

Pretty good decision making I guess. I know a norad who bought a house during 2008-09 and got a sweet deal. Now him and I are waiting for another depression, recession or correction for shit to be dirt cheap

Caring too much about what other people think is a meme, for someone like me it would be counterproductive to move away from my parents house, if anything I could be there till 30 and given my conditions that wouldnt make me a loser

Do you have a job at least (not judging I have a pretty shit job)

>mfw im a trust fund baby and I get it paid when i graduate

Feelsgood having rich grandparents

Recently dropped one, im a degenerate zoomer waiting to study university thought

I went to college right before the financial crisis and 17 year old kids shouldn't be the ones making the decisions. My middle class parents didn't help more than $10,000 per year (I am grateful, not bitter) so I had to take out the rest in loans.

I went to Boston College instead of Umass Amherst and received a $40,000 per year scholarship which basically meant the shitty state school was the same as the decent private Jesus school.

Just about $35,000 in debt over 4 years. Pretty easy to pay off when you're Chad.

Looked up tuition at BC now, $69,000 per year KEK

My parents put so much into my uni fund, if I were to repay, I’d need loadsofmoney
What are you trying to study?

Not saying it couldn't be worse. I know a grill who got preggers at 20 by a deadbeat, has to live with her mom in some apartment, and got knocked up again at 23 by a different guy. Now lives with her mom in said shitty apartment with two little shitheads and has no training/degree, so can't get a job over $10/hour.

In other words, I would say, at the very least, choosing to live with your parents into your late 20s while saving is better than being forced to live with them due to being an irresponsible cuck.

>$69k a year

When will it stop? When's the tipping point in tuition that starts to make applications fall to the point that colleges have to lower prices to fill seats? Never? Is college tuition the REAL golden bull market, Jow Forums bros?
