Its almost as if thry are dealing with some sort of unregulated decentralized asset.

if these exchanges operating in other countries arent following USA laws and regulations and still allowing citizens of the USA to parctipate on their exchanges, the USA automatically now has power to shut down those exchanges. they already did it with 1broker and that wasnt based in USA either but 1broker was trading securities to USA people direct from fiat and was trading stocks direct from fiat. the liklihood of binance/bitmex/kraken being taken down is not that high but there is still a chance. i would play it safe and stay on exchanges on US soil like coinbase and gemini and stay in bitcoin until this is all over.

Nope. They turn a blind eye to it, in that if you sign up with a vpn outside of the us, you're good to go, but their official stance is that burgers are not allowed. There was an article on this recently. Bitmex basically billed itself as a gambling den so they get around a lot.

doesnt seem like bittrex sells securities like chainlink so they might be okay to my knowledge. i have a verified bittrex account but i wouldnt leave anything on bittrex i dont really trust them that much. the only exchange i would leave crypto or money on is coinbase and gemini but only because theyre insured. and even then i would still cold storage my btc/eth

I still have lots of money in bittrex since the last bull run and I don't know where to put it, frankly I'd just cash everything out but I always have this slim hope that a new bull will start and I want to be ready. but desu I just want my funds to be safu, I have slightly more than 50% of all my money in there.

transfer it to coinbase they are insured. if you want to be in crypto and prepared for the next bull then just convert it all into bitcoin. just know the next bull could be anywhere from tomorrow to 3 years later
