Anyone here sick of living in the UK? I was unfortunately born into a family who were not business-minded, my father was on drugs, my mother struggled her whole life. The government do not care about young people in this country.
I need some legit investment suggestions. Ideally I would like to start a work scheme which helps struggling young people become financially stable and teaches them how to budget and become smarter with their money.

Hate to break it to you user but you’ll be hard pressed to find any sort of external investment ahead of Brexit, it’ll be the overall catalyst for the end of the everything bubble. Where the UK ends up is anyone’s guess, but you might find that starting a business is the last thing on your mind when you’re fighting a single mother of nine for the last rotten aubergine at Lidl.

sounds like you're reinventing the wheel that Dave Ramsey has. If no one has done that in in the UK (since there are differences that would be important to address, and him being an Evangelical is decidedly American-flavored), it's not a terrible idea, but I doubt you'd be successful just as a random faggot posting on Jow Forums asking for advice.

I don't think the idea is stupid, it's just pulling it off to any great degree will be really difficult and require a lot of work. Look at how successful dave ramsey is just peddling basic knowledge.
if you have any aptitude in front of the camera I'd start making youtube videos now answering basic personal finance questions specific to the UK. If you have charisma and seem like you know what you're talking about there's no reason you can't start growing an audience, and find a way to monetize it from there.
