One of the teams at the hackathon commented how CL and the other projects they used were not available all on the same test net.
I'm sure this is just CL deploying to all test nets for developer convenience. Nothing to see here..

Mainnet is done, but to test it they need to use kovan now. It's the same radar relay did last year
