that's not the hard part, I can code it, but I would lack the funds to execute / realize the use case.
The idea of an ICO sounds scammy to me, but still I need money to realize something big.

Why not make a kind of ICO that is based on achievements and milestones. Someone on biz once shilled this idea, try looking for it in the archives. If you can provide enough details and trust, I would be willing to invest a bit.

I don't want to make the project public, I think the idea is way to easy to replicate right now. It's a untapped market in a slowly growing niche, which would have many benefits from having data pulled to the Blockchain through oracles. I figure for the basic necessities I need less than 5000$. But obviously, in the long term I somehow want to continue to profit of my brain child.

I can launch this all without any Blockchains involved, but once I do I can offer a great many benefits. Once I can pull data throuhg Oracles things become even more exiting. It can be launched in iterations, LINK would be a final step and a important component.

loan is not the issue, when I launch and it becomes successful I kind of want to make some money of that. So a loan is not gonna cut it. Alright, maybe I am just retarded and will fail...but how do I go about attempting to launch something like this? I could create a smart contract through ETH for people to fund me in LINK for an ICO. Paying back ERC-20 tokens which convert to new tokens when LINK goes main net. Basically creating a LINK_? pair ICO.
