Your website says there were 200,000 active EOS accounts yesterday. That's more than enough to generate these types of numbers. The two websites are obviously just not rolling over the dates at the same time.

Individual user counts on dapp radar aren't supposed to be added.
If I use two dapps with one account, that appears as 1 user in two different dapps, giving a mistaken count of 2 dapp users.

dapp radar counts all unique dapp users by itself:
24h Users: 14,972
It includes eos too because the numbers don't match otherwise.
So there were 15k dapp users on eth and eos total.

note that it didn't counts makerdao for some reason, which is the biggest dapp on ethereum
