I've been day trading skycoin on binance these past few weeks and have made a comfy 40% profit. My last trade I bought at 52k sats and sold at 64k sats. Is now a good time to reenter? Or do you see it falling some more?
Looking to get in between 52-54k sats. Maybe its too greedy though.

Been playing that delicious coinhour lottery. Binance hasn't fixed their output settings so I got 2,000,000 coinhours off my last few withdraws.

I know coinhours sare supposed to be some kind of fuel, but why would you want to get them if you can't sell them? Or is there some way to sell them?
Cameron Rodriguez
same. that would be ideal. maybe ill just wait and see if we get there in the morning fucking nice. im going to give that a shot next time there will be coinhour buybacks in the future, when they setup the coinhour bank
Hudson Gomez
Oh, a bank. When I send Skycoin it takes away most of my coinhours. Does the bank allow you to store up coinhours and avoid losing them when you send SKY?
Evan Wilson
pretty sure the bank is just an off-chain sql server for storing coin hour balances and off-chain microtransactions, so that they dont clutter up the blockchain. i imagine moving most of your CH to the bank would solve your problem, and reduce your transaction fees on the blockchain.
coin hours will also be tradable when skycoin's DEX is running
Adam Williams
The burn keeps anyone from transaction spamming the coins. Makes you want to hold Sky and spend those hours otherwise.
William Bell
offchain microtransactions, DEX? how many years off are these features? i have heard alot of skepticism about this being vaporware.
Matthew Ortiz
they already have some code written for the exchange, but skywire needs to be in mainnet before the DEX can launch. skywire should be done by EOY, they say. github.com/skycoin/skycoin-exchange
>github.com/skycoin/skycoin-exchange thx What do you mean by Skywire being done, I thought we were talking about offchain microtransactions for the coinhour bank. Isn't Skywire supposed to take years to get finished?
Aaron Wright
Who else here is mining?
I've had two payouts so far, and I have over half a million coin hours, just planning on holding this for a long time.
Lucas Stewart
the bank and the decentralized exchange (DEX) are two different things. skywire will take years to go mainstream, and complete their ISP independence plan, yes, but mainnet should hopefully launch before EOY
damn nice user, ive had like 4 or 5 payouts and im only at 400k in my skyminer wallet
Thx for the infos. I heard alot of concerning stuff about Skycoin but lately all i hear is pastas, pajeets, and idiot screeching trying to attack it. Will be continuing research.

those "anatomy of a crypto scam" articles written like 6 months ago by that noname website were totally bullshit paid fud articles, and if the kidnapping situation was an exit scam, they wouldnt still be pushing updates to github or hosting conferences around the world. and anyone on here talking shit is still just butthurt about being skynancially ruined during the dump, or is just fudding because they are accumulating at these prices.
get in the telegram channels if you want the behind the scenes info and updates
1K Sky is the most I'm willing to risk on this one. Hoping they finish the skywire software in the next 6 months. More bullish on Obelisk and Fiber, if they work as advertised they will allow the deployment of extremely customizable blockchains. I could basically determine how decentralized I want my chain to be by using whatever game theory strategies I want to incentivize people to run nodes on my chain.
