It literally is if you're frugal. That guy from Early Retirement Extreme spends like 7k a year in the US. Assuming OP will live another 60 years, he can spend around 8k per year. Move to a cheap country and it's even easier. He'll probably get bored though and will end up working a part-time job or working on some projects that he finds interesting and can make money off. That would obviously make it even easier, and wouldn't require much work if you're being frugal.
