SERIOUS BTC VS BCH THREAD

SERIOUS BTC VS BCH THREAD

NO BCASH NO COREKEK

What is nChain's end game?

Will Lightning work?

Can there be more than one Bitcoin?

Are you happy with progress made on your coin of choice?

If BCH is going to zero, how will that happen?

Is Roger a hindrance or a help to the bigger game of crypto?

I'm only seeing real progress on the BCH side.
Everyday new cool apps are coming out.
The people who brought innovation to BTC all left to work on BCH.

a few of my favorites:

cointext.io/en/ --- send and receive BCH trough text message
satoshidice.com/ ye olde satoshidice, now for BCH. ( site is down rite now )
coinex.com/ BCH based exchange
fivebucks.com Fiverr dropped BTC support cause sucks. rent pajeets on here for BCH.
cryptograffiti.info/ this one is just amazing go check it out blockchain text messaging.

The mobile wallet just works!
Meanwhile if you want to use lightning you have to use a desktop. no mobile version is out. Lightning doesn't scale ever cause it can't solve the routing problem. a 30 year old problem.

Bitcoin Core isn't anymore what it is supposed to be.

BCH has enabled OPCODES and has 32MB blocks, scaling for millions to come.

Memory will become cheaper and bigger exponentionally. limiting block size is retarded and crippling.

any core boys want to argue me or is Jow Forums finally coming to senses, like the world is, the big shift pepe chaos prophecized. BCH is the real bitcoi.

Lmao.
Liquid with Bitfinex, Bitmex, okcoin >>> coinex
Simplicity >>> buggy op_codes
Schnorr and sig aggregation >>> anything on abc or nchain's roadmap
This is just so sad to see. Nobody is invested in Bitcoin because they want a less efficient paypal.

How does blockstream already roll out liquid when no one even uses lightning? Theres only 110 btc currently in lightning network. Segwit is still only 30 to 50 percent because of the forced upgrade

1# OPcodes aren't buggy
2# Simplicity would be raising the blocksize, not building a second layer solution that doesn't scale.
3# dunno what anything about that.

This is just sad to see, nobody invested in the real bitcoin because you are a herd of sheeple incapable of thinking for yourselves.

Lightning network already works retard

look at this man and tell me with a straight face that you trust this man with your money..

show me where in the whitepaper they solve the routing problem. Show me! show me in the 57 page whitepaper rite now! simplicity my ass, lighting scales my ass. lmao.

You are going to lose so much money on BCH.

I've met Roger before and had the opportunity to talk to him. He had given a presentation the day before on BCH vs BTC and during the presentation he showed a slide as a reference to network transactions, but it was from when BCH was doing network stress test, I found this very disingenuous because during the presentation he made no reference to the stress test.

He's a great guy to talk to, and I do support BCH. The issue is how he presents himself in debates honestly. I think there are great talking points for both sides(BCH vs BTC), but using blatant disinformation isn't how you win

I only bought in recently after learning what a scam the core is pulling.

So I wont lose a lot of money, I bought at the bottom. Also, I cashed out in january. losing isn't even possible anymore.

Come the next bull-run, BTC's scaling issues will be more prevalent than ever if they cannot find a solution. This will make or break BTC

I personally don't mind how Roger discusses, but a lot of people do. Maybe he does need to work on staying calm when debating core siders yeah.

Explain BAKKT, and why almost all the big players are backing BTC.

> explain why the people who have control of the fiat system are supporting the core coin that is bought out by and controlled by AXA.

Because it has the original ticker and it is valued more.

Tell me that you genuinely believe in Blockstream's vision

if you've noticed, Ver only goes 'crazed lunatic' mode whenever he's in events like public debates because he's fighting fire with fire.

the lightning BS shilling is so crazy that most of the normies have completely bought into it and it requires exaggeration to get them to even begin to think differently.

the man's clearly quite intelligent and has a passion for crypto. if you follow his twitter, he drops a lot of gems about the space and the absolute scummy shit Core pulls on a daily basis p well and does his part to defend the entire cryptosphere whenever it's required even if it involves Core..

Yeah ive noticed. he's calm and well answering in this one : youtube.com/watch?v=n3iNykNxn9w&t=10s

BCH and BTC are completely different coins at this point. In terms of investing BTC will provide the better ROI

that was sort of my point, I've loathed his debate videos but talking to him face to face was great, he's a quirky guy but has so much heart in this project, his passion radiates off of him

Nice video

>Implying there is any answer other than Bitcoin.

It's here to stay lads, doesn't matter how much it sucks. It was the first and with the lightening network it will continue to be the biggest.

Putting money into Bitcoin over BCash is a no-brainer.

LN is still technically in beta so people don't want to risk it, the max channel size is still limited to 0.168 BTC on purpose, liquid is much more simple than LN, and they're meant for different uses.
Segwit percentage went way up when exchanges started using it, not after the "forced" upgrade.
The core upgrade does not force you to use segwit either.

>serious
>bch

these things are mutually exclusive user.

i love how bitcoin cash has solutions to everything
