Good job wasting 4 years of your life and going into debt learning mostly shit you dont need just to get a piece of paper that doesnt get you diddly
Sounds like every degree ever
Exactly.
shouldve went into hospital administration or any actual INDUSTRY SPECIALIZATION
a business degree is rarely useful.
>What the fuck am i doing wrong?
Start with optimizing your handshakes, champ.
A business degree without finance or CS is almost always a meme. Sorry user.
>has ((business degree))
>doesnt want to participate in ponzi scheme jobs
Its like going to the military and refusing to shoot
I don't understand why you would get a degree in marketing
Did you not have a ear idea of what you wanted to use the degree for?
Nothing, OP. We're living in the endtimes after all.
JUICE BRO!!!!!!
I wanted to be a media planner or do market research for some kind of media company, eventually of course; not sell direct tv subscriptions on a walmart.
its only good when you aren't at the bottom
fell for the business degree meme, but i could never do finance or accounting, i would kill myself before doing that boring ass shit
>so user, what do you do for a living?
>Im a media planner
this is so gay it doesnt even work on faggots
I don't think that you look at things realistically
Looks like you found plenty of work, OP!
realistically, what is the best i can do with a bachelor's in marketing and a very good gpa (3.5)?
>marketing
Well, another soul claimed by starbucks or amazon
>he thinks people care about his gpa
user, I...
>gpa
HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA
Starbucks, Mcdonalds, Amazon warehouse, Food delivery service, dish washer (in these days you have to set up a profile in those catering agencies)
If you live in Canada, Tim Hortons (very good coffee btw, maybe you'll get free cups)
Dont ever bother to approach the media / finance or marketing sector, they will see your resume and realize that you are one of the many people that didnt get it.
Just explain me.
You live in a country where education is expensive, and you went to uni without even bothering checking if you had good employement prospects after that ?
I am about to start my mba in marketing and sales
I am an extrovert and good with my communications skills
Moreover, numbers have never been my strength
why should I take up finance
Because there is thousands upon thousands of guys with the same profile as you and not as many job prospects ?
damn they've really done a number on you guys. I'm unironically sorry that you've been led like lambs to the slaughter. you don't deserve this, none of us do.
I do not understand this logic
If you are good at marketing and sales you will stand out from the thousand other guys
Morever, it is much better than leaving something you are good at(marketing and sales) and going to finance where you know you would be eaten alive by nerds who have a better profile and are extremely good at crunching out numbers
>If you are good at marketing and sales you will stand out from the thousand other guys
Are you actually that good ? Because the other guys sure are. Have you checked the sector's employement prospects ?
With an mba, the best you can become is a modern day slavedriver. Hope you enjoy that.
business isn't STEM
just become a rapper, all mba's pretend they're black and listen to 90s hiphop
Drop out
Unless you're going for free or cheap and then you get 4 nice years of net style freedom drop out.

How's a finance degree?
Marketer here. 10 years experience and in a highly technical role (quasi-developer). Pushing 180k a year (wagie). Interviewing for jobs that pay up to 260k.
I'd say the industry you are in is very important. Try to gain experience in finance, medical device or big software industries. They generally pay better, but require experience for more lucrative roles.
A lot of brain deads and lazies that make it easy to stand out.
Just go to a reputable company, talk to the CEO and tell him to hire you while giving him a firm handshake.
Worked for me!
>Live in canada
>Go to college
>Waste my time learning useless shit
>Go get myself a diplomat in IT instead
>Have to work for free for two business, don't earn jack while doing so because ((((It's experience and i need it)))
>Finally finish my diplomat
>All there is are shitty call center jobs
>Nobody calls me, have to sit around being a NEET for a year
>Finally find a nice paying job
>Realize I've wasted my time when i could have spent some time learning about finance and shit on my own but was too much of a lazy shit to do that
They don't teach you jack about finance and other shit no matter where you are in the education system here. They expect you to be a good cattle and go somewhere without your head on your shoulder. They've succeeded so far.
