Yeah definitely. I tell people I think iit's going to 1 mil irl and partially believe it, although in all honesty I have no evidence to back it up.

Even though I'm a zoomer I've already had enough probs with banks to never want to use them for any significant amount of money

What kinds of problems did you have with banks?

I think this next correction in the market, which I do believe is coming now that interest rates are coming up, is going to tell us a lot. Hopefully it doesn't hit us too hard.

Yeah. They drastically increase in quality up to this point, I've had a 100 (borrowed, absolutely awful), 250 and 400 before, the difference is very noticeable

2k bank 50e pocket 2k shitcoins, bunch of land near sea, ama

A 1k bike is a waste of money

They freeze your money 24/7 when you try moving significant amounts, so fucking annoying and stressful.

But user ITS TO PROTECT YOU
if they dont treat their customers like 5 year olds that can keep their info safe the SEC will rape them :^)

i'll never buy more crypto. i'll just trade with the $18k i have remaining. i've already cashed out 10x the amount i originally put in

>house worth about 1.2 million
expensive city or really nice house? or both. also isn't it expensive to maintain etc.?

also what are you gonna do with the 300k?

>bunch of land near sea
elaborate

>appreciating boats
bro, I got news for you. if you use it every year there is no way it's making more than you spend maintaining it
but sure, if you are just listing assets I guess you can count it.

I use it every day for exercise, and normally about twice a week for shopping, and once a fortnight to get to aunts house. I'm very happy I spent a grand (less than 1 percent of my nw) on it, and if you ever cycled you'd know it makes a big difference

Real wastes of money are buying digital entertainment, the "luxury" ranges at the supermarkets, excessive tech stuff which gets replaced quickly and buying crap you don't use in general.

Expensive area. My house is pretty much land value, the house is a bonus. It's in good shape because I'm /diy/ but my long term plan is to knock it down and build something, when the economy corrects and things are more favorable for people wanting to build. Right now everything is extremely expensive.

>also what are you gonna do with the 300k?
Now it's just to have liquid cash. I don't really have a plan. Any suggestions?

I'd doxx myself if I said what it was, but it's an appreciating asset. I bought it for 28, and I get offers all the time for 100k+. I used that number as a sort of average.

maybe pay down on the mortgage if you've got nothing else to invest it in. if you need cash later you could always just get a new loan using your house as security, right?

also if you like trading and shit, put a tiny bit into crypto. just for fun if nothing else. trading crypto and particularly crypto derivatives has made my life a bit less boring. more fun than stocks that's for sure

how much was your guys' initial deposit into crypto and how much have you cashed out?

I have a few thousand in crypto just for fun. I haven't done very well with it. I don't have time to day trade and BTC has been shit lately.

nice try nigger
