>Working at starbucks >Saturday opening up the store at 4:30 AM >It's just me and a black lady whose 64 years old. >We're supposed to be 5 people working on a Saturday during the day but nobody comes in for the open shift and the other employee that was supposed to come in at 8 AM comes in at 10. >From 4:30 to 7:30 we get the store ready which includes stocking the chill wall which includes paninis salads etc, the fridge next to the ovens for warmed up sandwiches, put shit on glass case and make it visually appealing so fat fucks will impulse buy. >64 year old lady is old so I carry all the shit to the front while she does the easier work like brewing coffee. >She's on the register and giving out the already brewed coffee while I'm making the complicated drinks, warming up food, making sure the condiment bar is stocked and clean. >We have a machine that prints out the orders in stickers. >8AM. >I'm just pulling out stickers for the bar, doesn't seem to end, already have like 10 drinks I need to make. >Sticker machine near the ovens also printing out stickers nonstop, we're getting mobile orders aswell. >People start lining up, around 10 people in the lobby now. >Trying to do the best I can, but literally my balls are sweating at this point. >Just running around trying to make drinks and get food orders ready at the same time. >9AM >Literally 50 fucking normies waiting in line now. >They see that we are only 2 people and I'm busting my ass off, but still ask stupid questions like "Yeah I had a caramel macchiato wheres my drink" >I want to say "can't you see I'm fucking trying to do my best you piece of shit" >End up saying "It'll be right up sir" instead >Supposed to take 2 10 min breaks and 1 30 min break during my shift. >Took no breaks for my entire 9 hour long shift.

Have you tried to find a less stressful job? It took me like 4 jobs to find the right one. Still min wage but little stress. You could work nights for the same pay at a grocery store. I have a janitor job 5am to 12pm. I get about 1200 after taxes. Enough to pay the bills and squirrel away some cash. Theres always options OP. Good luck
