I unironically have 100k in my checking account. How do I 10x it?
Short crypto. Yes, it's literally that easy.
this
I have a method to 10x your money.
I will give you this method printed out in a nice booklet worth $10 if you give me $100.
how? i dont trust bitmexico
also
>shorting the bottom
Do whatever you did to get the 100k, x10
you don't have to 10x it but your opportunity cost is high having that much cash and no plan. nobody needs that much cash on hand unless it's a tiny percent of your total net worth and it truly doesn't matter.
i wageslaved and lived at home forever. im already 30 now, i cant keep doing this
Buy:
Bitcoin
Ethereum
Litecoin
Monero
...and retire in 2 years
ok so fucking help me. lay out a plan
Real answer? Find a guy who has a nice long term trackrecord (more than 20 years if possible) and invest in whatever he's managing. Someone like Buffett or Icahn, but younger. Nothing wrong with those 2, they're the best of all time, but they're gonna die in the next 10 years, so it's not a good investment.
Jow Forums answer? long/short X crypto lmao
mind blow
brb going wageslave again ty biz
Bump

The volatility is election related, happens every midterm.
Invest some of your money in getting qualified for a better job.
My personality and work ethic wont allow me. Im a shitty person
Was your life really that bad?
you should start LARPing on Jow Forums then to extract the precious topkeks
No but tbqh im just wasting away doing nothing. Might as well kms since i dont have a life or anything
Keep about 10-20k of it in cash in a 2% interest rate savings account and invest the rest in a portfolio that is at least 80% index funds. If you aren't already maxing your 401k and Roth IRA I would do that.
It seems like if i buy now il be buying the top
You're probably better off not timing the market but if you feel that way then put in like 1k a month
Which indexes do u like?
The basic ones like S&P 500, total stock market. Having some in international indexes doesn't hurt either. Go with Vanguard
Thanks

With BAT
Put it in a mutual fund that earns between 5% and 10%. It'll double within 10 years. Maybe a few years more, maybe a few less. You can also use it as collateral for a rental property. Assuming the rent revenue pays your mortgage, your net worth will increase much faster. With a single house earning you, lets say, 1k a month in rent, and an 8% gain on your mutual fund: you would be earning 20% a year. That means you can double your 100k within 3.6 years. This method requires you to have a job to be able to cover any missed rent payments, but it's great for rapidly increasing your net worth. You basically just want to upscale this consistently while progressing in your career. If in 4 years you have 200k and three houses then you'll double it again in less than three years, assuming you get 8% returns on your mutual fund.
Using this method I'd argue that you could make a million within 10 years.
I asked myself the same question in March. Now my $100k is worth less than $45k. Crypto is not the answer.
A million dollars probably won't keep you from wagekeking. Your post inflation profit from investments is only going to be like 20k per year. This might be feasible if you own a house . (if you bought a house for 100k then your income will go down to 18k btw) It might be doable, but it won't be comfortable, and your investments will compound very slowly. At best I'd recommend working a part-time job instead of full-time. If you had, say, 28k a year, with no housing expense, then that seems doable.
You need at least 2 mil to retire these days and live off interest. You will still be only 1 major emergency away from having your principal wiped out. I wouldn't be comfy being a NEET with less than 3 mil these days. 1 mil liquid is comfy while working because you know you ain't gonna be homeless any time soon even if you lose your job and the market tanks
you can short btc and eth on kraken legally as united states citizen. kraken is way better than cb just need more people trading there.
a lot of the good smaller projects in crypto are super easy 10xers from here if you can wait 2-3 years.
swing trade FMF, avail in IDCM
AION
buy 500 eth
1 mil is enough to know you aren't going to starve, and you'll have plenty of time to land on your feet. Even if you just ate directly out of your savings, instead of living on interest; you would have 25 years of 40k per year. 2 mil is the point where you can rest safely, and know that you can still live even if your get injured and can never work again. 3 mil is the minimum point where a person should even consider voluntarily never working again in their life.
But, to be fair, one million is perfectly fine if you just want to be a NEET for the short term. If you ignore things like inflation and reinvesting, you could get 70k per year from your investments. Ignoring those things is obviously silly, but I think it's psychologically reasonable to ignore them if you're going to be a NEET for
Monday morning you head into your bank.
You tell them you want to buy as many homes as possible and the idea is to rent them.
They'll tell you what they are willing to loan you with that kind of principal man your going to be looking at 1m+
Buy 3-4 properties and convert them to 2 apartment if they already aren't done.
Hire property management company to deal with repairs, renting and any other crap.
Collect money for the rest of your life while other people do it for you.
I don't care if you think there is a housing crisis in your region. There's always homes to buy.
If I had 2-3 mil I'd probably still work so I could dump all my earnings on useless luxury shit while maintaining my principal, or try to grow my principal even more if I felt like it. Right now I make enough to buy pretty much anything I want but the problem is I wouldn't be saving enough if I did that.
Yeah, that seems like a healthy mindset. It's a good balance between enjoying life and financial responsibility. No real point in being a turbo-jew, unless you want power or status.
Kind of dangerous. Imagine if all of those were vacant at once, which they almost certainly will be for the first month. You would need to have at least ten thousand, probably more, in reserve in case of any contingencies.
But I appreciate the fact that you're a real estate chad too. Rental properties are the ultimate middle-class investment.
I'd say buy BAT but that would 100x times it
All in on btc. No alts
Put half in ETH lol. It’s not complicated
