do you realise that network fees are redistributed to holders on a pro rata basis like they were mining?
if the whole financial system runs on stellar, even 10k tps, which stellar can do, is not enough so transaction fees will 10x or 100x and holders will have passive income. we are talking about 20 xlm per week inflation and another 100 xlm per week for network fees as passive income.
