If you want 10x and 100x then you need to be loading into the 50k-3mil $ range right now and then being patient for a little while (often not very long).

You're right OP, and I just so happen to know one (sub 2MM) that will re-brand this week and launch a product that is literally godsent to the crypto market as a whole and will most likely lift this project significantly (hint: onboarding). Even if it doesn't reach top100 immediately, it's still a decent 20x shot.
