For day traders

For day traders.
What technical indicators do you use? What timeframe?

Moving averages, Bollinger Bands, RSI, OBV. I switch between the 15min - 30 min when I haven’t bought into something. Use the 3-5 min when I am in.

Depends on length of the trade. For quick scalps 1-3-5min, hour or more trades 5-15-30-2H, anything longer 30-45-2H-4H-D, really long term 4H-D-W-M

RSI, MACD/HISTOGRAM, VOL, Fib EMAs

What is everyones thoughts the ichimoku cloud? (Spelling??)

no indicators. I just go with my gut. Timeframe varies wildly, though mostly it's either a 3 minute trade or a 3 week trade.

No technical indicators
4H, 6H, 12H, 1D, 2D, 3D, W, 2W, 3W, M, 3M, 6M, 9M, 1Y

you need to find a good coin to trade first OP. then you worry about indicators.

my penis guides me like a dowsing wand for shitcoins

volume, support/resistance, moving average/vwap are all you need. Everything else is a meme equivalent to gambling.

Fisher Transform (I have no idea why anyone would use RSI or why "pro" traders don't use this)
CM_Ultimate_MA_MTF
AutoFib
Support/Resistance

What do you mean by "lines"?

Can you expand in that a little more. It sounds reasonable that someone would only need those indicators, however how to use them effectively would make a night and day difference I would think.

Do you have an account on TV?

key levels of support gained/lost
volume profile
VWAP
1:1 trend-based projections (AB=CD)
throw in TTM squeeze, and maybe an RSI+MFI combo for confirmation on profit taking

for time frames, start on the monthly/weekly and work your way in. I usually look for the macro trend between the daily and the 4hr and define my key impulsive moves and project out some 1:1 targets. Then I'll work my way down to the 15m and look for smaller impulsive moves to project off of and get better entries on the bigger move, or sometimes the target of move going against the trend will line up perfectly with an entry on the bigger move, so I take that as confirmation.

general rules, don't long above VWAP and don't short below it. always check where VWAP was before the session reset (daily candle close) and mark the level. they will usually close this gap, sometimes immediately, sometimes a whole day later

highly recommend that newbies check out Crypto Cred's courses on YouTube. TraderDante is good too but a bit more advanced and Forex-oriented

NEVER PAY FOR TA COURSES. unless it's a book.

Educated guesses from looking at the chart and orderbook. I normally use 15 min charts.
