Everyone should have a health score from their doctor and health insurance fees decrease with a higher score. Anyone with a score of 8/10 or more gets free healthcare.
Snokers, fatties etc deserve to pay for their own terrible lifestyles.
Accidents and emergencies should also be free as if a worker breaks his arm it benefits the whole economy to fix it quickly.
