Women in the workforce was a mistake
Women in the workforce was a mistake
Every 2 out of 3 female managers I've had were awful at their job.
They didn't lead, they just liked expressing and imposing their power regardless of how it would effect productivity.
Riot games agrees
Not to mention gossip and drama
We know this.
How does one criticize a female workers performance without them taking it personally?
They love to play games with this shit. I wish it were the good old days when it was just dudes, none of that bullshit.
Sure you'd get the odd-man megalomaniac once in a while but they're fewer and far between. With men it's always business, with women it's personal.
Absolutely, everything is a personal attack, everything is an issue
You stick to facts regarding work outlined in their job description that is quantifiable. If they don't get along with others then you tell them that they need to recognize that they are in a place of business and that communication that does not directly relate to the business will be scrutinized and if it is impacting employee morale than they will be terminated you can stress that complaints have been made against her due to the nature of her conversations you do not need to give exact examples but it helps, be as objective about it as possible.
Stress that this is their warning and have them sign something outlining exactly what you had the conversation about with her.
Go over expectations and how the situation will escalate if they do not meet those expectations. If you are a good boss you tell her that you will review with her on her performance within 3-6 months.
You don't say
You show them numbers and say that they need to get them up. Be personable about the good shit they do and make it all about the numbers about the bad shit. That's just a general manager rule.
What I mean by examples is give her examples of what is considered pertinent business communication and what isn't. Under NO circumstances do you tell her who filed the complaint or what they had said. You do not need to show your hand as a supervisor, just make sure you hold onto every single card in case you are compelled.
It's less about woman in the workforce and more about how it used to be that the husband/father could support his family working a 9/5 better than both parents working overtime can today.
Most women I've ever met in the workforce accomplished more than you ever will and I say this a red pilled male in engineering.
kek nice bait
Some women are useful on the job, but most are larping and really just looking for a husband
Itt:virgin incels
Obviously you're not in a STEM field. Overwhelmingly male fields, but the women that make the cut are usually some of the most level-headed and intelligent you'll find.
Yeah but would u stick your dick in them? Most of them are homely women.
Intelligence or Beauty. PICK ONE.
Senior ones are good, but grads get catty as fuck when they're straight out of the indoctrination machine.
women were a mistake
I agree, the intelligent ones are very useful
Nope, wish I was for said reason
Honestly there are some really sex girls in engineering if you work at good companies. Think about it. If you're a good looking girl you're more likely to get hired by the cucked Boomer managers.
Oh for sure. But i'm generalizing. A majority of the women in STEM fields are homely women. And thats the problem. Pretty bitches who just LARP at work. It reminds me of the Lululemon debacle , where the CEO was sleeping with multiple bitches , and had one fired and then rehired as a marketing manager. Using company funds to travel the world etc.
At the end of the day , Women in the workforce is a terrible crime. Most of them will lose their jobs anyways when Automation happens. It'll be funny. We'll see prostitution go up exponentially.
The main problem is women in the workplace destroyed the family unit. As far as workers go they are a mixed bag but I usually prefer managing a women over a man in my chickenshit level of the jobsphere.
>no
Being completely honest here, it is super distracting to have women in the workplace.
The old and gross ones are mostly harmless, but the breeding aged ones are constantly trying to get attention, and it works. Heels, makeup, short skirts -- those are transparent attempts at sexual attraction.
a female just joined the crew last week
within hours she was flirting with whoever was give her the time of day
today she asked an older male to help her 'stretch', which involved her pressing her ass into his lap while she wrapped his arms around her
this occurred in the middle of the workplace, in full view of the other male workers
absolutely astonishing behavior
very glad I developed an allergy to thots a couple years ago, so that I no longer fall for their tricks
this lady is a sexual harassment suit waiting to happen
>women lose all jobs because of automation
>become prostitutes
>robots become better prostitutes
>women go back to making homes and raising children
>world peace and galactic expansion happens
>baiting this obviously
I had a slightly outdated roastie literally sit on my lap at my old workplace (government). I ended up fucking her a few times (she's recently divorced, first time she was married though). She was awful at work, though.
>fucking a roastie that you work with
>not getting fucked by HR when she inevitably fucks up and looks for someone to blame
better thot wrangler than most, congrats to you
She could be looking for a cashgrab just like this. Don't underestimate the phenomenon of the media narrative pressing it as her God given right.
holy shit, I never even connected the two, but she unironically did blame me for something she did (well, sort of, it's complicated, but it wasn't my fault). She kind of yelled at me in front of my mentor in this really weird awkward moment. Were I a more mature man, I would have been liable to slap her, that was the level of screeching she was at.
I never connected those at all. She totally thought she could get away with more because I had had my dick in her.
